By Conor Martin

Dublin look to continue their good form this weekend, as they take on Galway at Pearse Stadium this Saturday (3.15pm).

Dessie Farrell’s men have bounced back from defeats in their opening two games with three wins in-a-row.

Our last outing saw us put in an impressive performance against table-toppers Derry and saw us record our first away league win against the Ulstermen since 1994.

Cormac Costello was our goalscorer in the 1-16 to 1-11 win. Scores came from all over the pitch, including efforts from the likes of Ciarán Kilkenny and Brian Fenton.

This weekend’s hosts have had a mixed league season so far, with two wins, two losses and a draw to their name. With their two wins coming against Tyrone and Monaghan, they currently occupy fifth place in the Division One table.

John Maher, Cathal Sweeney and Rory Cunningham all raised green flags in the Tribesmen’s last match and they will be looking to put in another shift on home turf on Saturday.

Seán Kelly, Rob Finnerty, Rory Cunningham and Cillian Ó Curraoin are a quartet who won't need a second invitation to do some damage. Ó Curraoin kicked five points from the dead ball against Monaghan and Dublin will have a crucial task of limiting the number of fouls they concede as well as reducing the number of marks Galway claim in order to keep Ó Curraoin quiet.

As we look to take another step towards the league final, the influence of Con O’Callaghan is a big boost to the attack. The brilliant form of Kilkenny and Fenton has been hugely beneficial to this Dublin side in recent weeks, while Lee Gannon and Ross McGarry will also be looking to continue their good form as Dublin focus on ending the league season on a high.

Those not travelling to Galway this weekend can catch the game on RTÉ 2 from 3:15pm.

You can buy match tickets here. Keep in mind that the game forms part of a double header, with Galway's hurlers taking on Limerick beforehand.
