Dublin GAA Master Juvenile Calendar for the 2024 season

Following on from feedback at recent CCC1 & CCC2 County Delegate meetings, Bord na nÓg along with CCC1 & CCC2 have approved the attached Master Juvenile Calendar for the 2024 season covering the age groups under 8 to under 16.

The calendar is in line with the 2023 season:

U8 to U11 : - TWELVE (12) dates for both Hurling & Football with a Blitz date for one code at each age grade.
U12 : - Hurling Grading 6 team groups , Football Grading 6 team groups , Leagues (Both) 8 team Divisions which gives 12 dates for both codes.
U13 : - Hurling Grading 6 team groups, Football Grading 6 team groups , Leagues (Both) 10 team Division which gives 14 dates for both codes.
U14 : - Phase 1 with 5 games , Phase 2 with 5 games , followed by Knockout games giving 13 dates for both codes.
U15 : - Féile (Round Robin 3 Group dates, Semi & Final) Cup & Shield competitions followed by 8 team Leagues providing 12 dates per code.
U16 : - 8 Team leagues - single round , Round Robin Championship & Knock-out games including Shield competitions providing 13 dates per code.

CCC1 & CCC2 will next week issue the 2024 Dublin GAA Juvenile Hurling & Football Entry Form with a return date first week in January.

As a lot grading needs to take place particularly for the under 12 , under 13 & under 14 age grades Clubs should already be working on likely entries for next year.
