Dublin GAA Juvenile update Thursday 11th April

I attach CCC1 & CCC2 fixtures for upcoming juvenile games:

CCC1 for Saturday 20^th April
CCC2 covering the period covering Tuesday 16^th April to Thursday 25^th April.

Please note CCC2 may include additional U14 and U15 fixtures for week commencing 22^nd April.

As previously advised since late February both CCC1 & CCC2 will not be officially rescheduling U12 grading & U13 grading games not played due to unplayable pitches.

CCC1 for U12 competitions & CCC2 for U13 competitions have already asked Clubs to mutually agree the rescheduling of these games.

Please note this Saturday 13^th April is the final round of U13 Football Grading games. CCC2 will accept results from outstanding fixtures not played up to and including Tuesday 23rd April.

After that date CCC2 will review all grading leagues based on the information available as of that date and issue Proposed U13 Football Leagues on Wednesday 25^th April. These Divisions will be Confirmed on Monday 29^th April.

A similar procedure will apply to U12 Football, U12 Hurling & U13 Hurling. I will issue FINAL dates for any outstanding games to be played next week.

The 2024 Master Juvenile Calendar has the date of Saturday 20^th April for the holding of the U8 Football Blitz. As some Clubs are hosting the Girls Football Feile on 20/04/24 , it is not feasible to assign so much time to the U8 Football Blitz.

Therefore, the date has been moved to Saturday 11^th May.

This Sunday 14th April sees Féile Peil semi-final take place.

Please note the following regulation if games end in a draw. There is extra time in all Knock-out, Play Off and Final games.

Extra time will be two periods of ten minutes as per rule. If teams still level, two further periods of five minutes will be played. If still no winner, a Replay will take place ( not applicable to U16 Championships in the Autumn).
