2020 was the strangest of years for so many reasons.
The Covid19 pandemic brought the world to a standstill for much of the year, as mask wearing and social distancing became the norm.
The GAA season was brought to a halt in March, with a restructured Championship not getting underway until the end of October.
It meant a very unusual setting for the 2020 All-Ireland Football Final- an almost empty Croke Park a week before Christmas.
If the circumstances were unfamiliar, the All-Ireland Final pairing certainly wasn't.
It was the fourth meeting between Dublin and Mayo in eight All-Ireland Finals, as Dublin bid for a sixth Sam in-a-row.
