Shane Barrett, who missed the semi-final owing to injury, returns to the Dublin under-21 starting 15 for Wednesday night's Bord Gáis Energy Leinster U21 Hurling Championship final against Offaly in O'Connor Park, Tullamore (7.30).
In attack Cian Boland is handed his first start of the campaign having been introduced as a sub against both Wexford and Westmeath.
Four of the starting team began last Saturday night's All-Ireland SHC qualifier against Cork in Páirc Uí Rinn - Eoghan O'Donnell, James Madden, Shane Barrett and Chris Bennett while Seán Treacy was introduced as a second half substitute.
