Five changes to senior team for Donegal duel

Sat, 26th March 2016

Dublin have made five alterations in personnel to their starting 15 for Saturday night’s NFL Division 1 clash with Donegal in Croke Park (7.0).

The Dubs defeated Down last time out (1-15 to 1-7) in Newry two weeks ago to secure their semi-final spot and manager Jim Gavin has rejigged his starting selection once again for Saturday’s encounter.

Michael Savage is selected in goal with Eric Lowndes coming into the defence.

At midfield Denis Bastick will partner Brian Fenton while in attack there are starts for Paddy Andrews and Bernard Brogan.

The players not selected to start who began against the Mourne men are Stephen Cluxton, Mick Fitzsimons, Shane Carthy (Nh Mearnóg), Diarmuid Connolly and Dean Rock.
