A headstone has been unveiled at Glasnevin Cemetery in memory of Timothy ‘Ted’ Downey.
Ted won All-Ireland SFC titles with Cork (Midleton) in 1890 and Dublin (CJ Kickhams) in 1897.
The memorial was erected by Ballymun Kickhams & Midleton GAA Clubs, the Dublin & Cork County Boards and the GAA.
