It was a great weekend for ladies club football in the capital as both Foxrock Cabinteely and St Maur's qualified for their respective All-Ireland semi-finals with victories over St Laurence's and Glasgow Gael respectively.
On Saturday Dublin junior champions St Maur's recorded a 4-14 to 1-7 victory over Glasgow Gaels to set up a home semi-final meeting with Latton O'Rahillys of Monaghan on November 20.
Foxrock Cabinteely retained their Leinster Senior title with an impressive 5-10 to 1-3 victory over St Laurence’s of Kildare. Foxrock Cabinteely will now face Carnacon of Mayo in the All -Ireland semi-final also on November 20.
Anne-Marie Murphy, Sinéad Goldrick, two from Player of the Match Fiona Claffey and Ciara Murphy were the goal-scorers while Amy Connolly and Amy Ring were very prominent throughout.
