Dublin senior hurling manager Ger Cunningham has announced his backroom team for 2017.
The current senior selectors, Liam Walsh and Patsy Morrissey will be joined by Johnny McGuirk who will also have responsibility for the U21 Hurling Team.
Cork native Ger Cunningham has been appointed as the team’s new coach. Ger has previously coached Newtownshandrum, Thurles Sarsfields, University of Limerick and Laois.
Former Kilkenny goalkeeper David Herity is the senior hurling goalkeeping coach.
Bryan Cullen, Dublin GAA High Performance Manager, will oversee the teams’ physical development.
Dublin County Board Chairman, Sean Shanley, welcomed the new additions to the backroom team.
"They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience as we look forward to the 2017 season."
