Michael Carton says Dublin owe it to the panel, their management and supporters to prove that last Sunday’s lost to Galway in the Leinster SHC was a ‘blip’.
“The team is stronger than that. We can’t wait to get out and play again,” says the O’Toole’s defender.
“We wouldn’t be here if you don’t think you can win the All-Ireland. That’s obviously the aim but we have to get over the next round first.
“We let Ger (Cunningham) down, but we also let ourselves down on the day and all the supporters.
“No one wants to see us play like that, especially us.”
