Dublin have kept faith with the same starting 15 that began the Leinster U21 Final for Saturday’s EirGrid All-Ireland U21FC semi-final against Tipperary in O’Connor Park, Tullamore (4.0).
The young Dubs have shown good maturity en route to Saturday’s clash, finishing their three Leinster Championship games against Laois, Longford and Kildare with a strong late surge to claim victory.
However, manager Dessie Farrell will be hoping his men can show a more clinical edge up front during any periods when Dublin enjoy the upperhand.
Reflecting on their provincial final victory over Kildare Dessie said: “We were delighted to get the win but in some ways we put ourselves into a position that we shouldn't have been in because we kicked too many wides and allowed Kildare to remain in the game.
"However, the lads showed great resolve and composure and the important thing is that they never panicked, which is a great sign of their mental strength.”
Meanwhile, the Dublin minor team to face Offaly in Saturday's Electric Ireland Leinster MFC first round clash in Parnell Park (12.30) will be named on Friday night.
