Dublin have made one change to their starting 15 for Saturday's EirGrid All-Ireland U21FC final in O'Connor Park, Tullamore (5.0).

Clontarf's Declan Monghan, who was troubled with injury prior to the semi-final victory over Donegal, has been named at right half-back.
