Ali Twomey was the start of the show as Dublin defeated the Dub Stars in the annual annual Dub Stars Camogie challenge at Parnell’s on Sunday.
Ali amassed an individual tally of 0-12, including eight from placed balls while two second half goals from Aoife Bugler ensure victory for Dublin.
The Dub Stars hit three first half goals but still trailed 1-8 to 3-1. Hannah Hegarty and Orla Beagan (two) raised green flags for the Stars with Dublin's goal coming in first half added time from Orlaith Durkan.
Nine minutes into the second half Aoife Bugler scored Dublin’s second goal nine minutes into the second half and just before the close of play added her second.
