Crumlin followed up on their opening round victory over Faughs by defeating Ballyboden St Enda's 2-22 to 0-22 in Friday night's Dublin SHC Group 1 clash at O'Toole Park.
Boden themselves were also victors in their opening tie when overcoming defending champions Cuala but it was Crumlin's ability to finish both halves on top which was central to their victory.
Both goals arrived in the final minutes of the first half as Crumlin turned the game around.
St Enda's led by four points at one stage of the opening half following points from Shane Durkin, Conal Keaney, two from Paul Doherty and another from Simon Lambert.
However, they were rocked right back on their heels when Crumlin produced goals through Kevin Elliott and man of the match Alex Quinn, who scored 1-6 from play.
Durkin did reply with a point for the Firhouse Road outfit but Crumlin rallied again with points from Adam McGreal and Alex Quinn to lead 2-9 to 0-14 at the break, having played against the breeze.
Points from Alex Quinn and Alan Byrne saw Crumlin restart in fine fashion.
The second half ebbed and flowed before a scoring surge from Boden with points from Aidan Mellett, a Simon Lambert free and David O'Connor brought the sides level.
But like in the opening half it was Crumlin who concluded the half on the up with Shane Ryan, Adam MGreal, Lee Coleman and Alex Quinn on target to secure victory.
The final round of games in this groups sees Cuala face Crumlin and Boden play Faughs (dates, tbc).
In Parnell Park a long-range Ger Dodrill free in the final moments saw Nh Fionnbarra edged out Lucan Sarsfields 0-10 to 0-9 in their keenly contested Group 2 tussle.
The Barrs defeated Ballinteer St John's in their opening game and this victory puts them in the driving seat.
The Cabra side led 0-5 to 0-3 at half-time with all the first half scores coming from deadball bar one Eamonn Dillon point from play.
On the restart Lucan's Kevin O'Reilly, who finished with a tally of 0-5 (0-4f), fired over two quick points.
But then Dublin senior Dillon took centre stage to score four points in-a-row to move the Barrs into a 0-9 to 0-6 lead.
Finnbarr's also went close to scoring a goal but Ger Dodrill was denied by some fine defending by John Bellew.
Lucan battled back with points form Ciaran Dowling (two) and sub Mick May.
However, Nh Fionnbarra had the final word with Ger Dodrill's winning free.
The last round of group games sees Lucan face Ballinteer St John's and Nh Fionnbarra face St Brigid's.
