Small returns to heart of senior footballers’ defence

John Small returns to the heart of the Dublin defence for Saturday night's NFL Division 1 clash with Derry (7.0) in Croke Park.

The Ballymun Kickhams started the league duels with Cork and Donegal before he got injured on Trench Cup duty with St Pat's of Drumcondra and missed the games against Kerry and Tyrone, John returned to duties when coming on as a 50th minute sub for Eoin Culligan against Mayo last time out.

Otherwise the starting 15 is unchanged for that which defeated Mayo 2-18 to 0-10 in McHale Park, Castlebar in the last round of the league.
