Three of the four provincial champions, Donegal, Dublin and Kerry made successful starts in the GAA Football All-Ireland quarter-final ‘Super 8s’ at the weekend, leaving Roscommon as only losing champions.
The Connacht men lost to Tyrone while Donegal, Dublin and Kerry beat Meath, Cork and Mayo respectively.
The action continues next weekend when four Phase 2 games are played in Croke Park on Saturday and Sunday
