Dean Rock will start his first League match for Dublin in Sunday's NFL Division 1 opener against Cork in Páirc Uí Rinn (2.0).
The Ballymun Kickhams man, who was Dublin's top scorer in the recent O'Byrne Cup with 0-38 (0-26f, 0-2 '45'), will lead the Dubs attack.
In defence Eoin Culligan, an All-Ireland U21 winner in 2010, and John Small (pictured), who was a member of last year's successful U21 All-Ireland winning side, make their League debuts.
In total five of the starting team which lost to Donegal in last year's All-Ireland SFC semi-final have been named to start against the Rebels - Rory O'Carroll, Jonny Cooper, Jack McCaffrey, Eoghan O'Gara and Cormac Costello.
Dublin, who won the League the last two seasons, travel to Leeside hoping to return with a victory there for the first time since 1990 (played in Páirc Uí Chaoimh).
