Crowd Safety at this Weekend’s Games in Croke Park
The GAA is advising patrons attending Saturday’s All-Ireland football semi-final replay to arrive an hour before the 5.0 throw-in to facilitate the safe and comfortable entry of what is a capacity crowd.
Pre-match entertainment is being provided by Aslan from 3.55 and will run up to the warm up of the two teams.
Patrons attending both games this weekend are also reminded that hard ticket checks will apply at both Gills Corner (corner of Nth Circular / Jones Road) and the junction of Jones Road and Clonliffe Road.
Supporters without tickets will not be permitted beyond these points so the collection of tickets at the Croke Park Hotel and its environs will not be possible.
After the game on both days patrons are advised of new arrangements.
* Supporters will not be able to congregate on Jones Road after the match. Gardaí will be moving people on from this area.
* Jones Road is to be used primarily for those exiting the Hogan and Nally Stands.
* Supporters leaving these stands will be directed to exit via a planned route.
* Patrons exiting via Clonliffe Road and Nth Circular Road will not be able to enter Jones Road.
