  • Liberty Insurance All Ireland Senior championships: Best of luck to players and management in the upcoming Liberty Insurance All Ireland Camogie championships - Senior v Cork in O'Toole Park on Saturday 23 Jun at 3.00; Premier Juniors who are in action away to Laois on 22 June and Junior A team play Kerry at home also on 22 June.
  • Summer Cup: Summer Cup starts this week as follows 1/2/3 on Thursday 19 June; 4/5 on Thursday 19 June and 6/7 on Tuesday 17 June All games start at 7.30 Check website for fixture details. Please note players on the panels of the Dublin Adult County teams and on the Minor A County team are not eligible to play in the Summer Cup.
  • We are Dublin Adult League back matches:  All group league games must be completed by the start of play-offs which are due to commence on Tuesday 12 Aug.
  • Camogie County Player of the Decade: The County Board will organise the Dublin County Player of the Decade Award (2005 & 2014) as part of the 110th year celebrations of the Camogie Association. An Rúnái­ will send further details all clubs within the next few days and will submit the name of Dublin's nominated Player of the Decade to the Camogie Association. The County Player of the Decade refers to playing seasons in the period 2005-2014 inclusive. Criteria for County Player of the Decade: Role model/sportsmanship (club/county) 30%; Playing excellence at county level 30%; Longevity of playing career (club/county) 20%; Dedication/commitment to county 20%. Only one nomination will be accepted from each club - a club cannot nominate one of its own players. Names must be returned to An Rúnái­ no later than Friday 1 August.
  • Insurance: Clubs are reminded that all players and all mentors with teams must be registered members of the Camogie Association to ensure insurance cover. Copies of all clubs' Insurance Certificates must be forwarded to An Rúnái.

  • The Lenovo GAA Skills Hubs: The Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), Gaelic Players Association (GPA), the Camogie Association and the Ladies Gaelic Football Association (LGFA) will be led for the first time by inter county players from across the GAA codes and cater for children aged between 13 to 15 years.
