Liam Rushe says Dublin’s victory over Galway in this year’s League is no signpost to how Sunday’s Leinster SHC quarter-final in Croke Park (2.0) will go.
“There was the usual shadow boxing when we played them in the League.
“They were home and dry and they were just trying to throw a spanner in the works.
“Aside from that, I haven’t seen them since Waterford last year. Waterford kind of surprised everyone. They came out and ambushed Galway down there.
“It’s very hard to know how things are going when you haven’t seen much of them.
“But they have Joe Canning and plenty of other fire power around them. Johnny Glynn is going really well and they have a lot of household names. So we know what to expect at this stage.”
