Dublin ladies footballer, Niamh McEvoy, is hoping supporters come out in huge numbers and rally behind the girls in blue in Sunday's All-Ireland ladies SFC final against Cork in Croke Park (4.0).
The Jackies were defeated in dramatic fashion by Cork in last year's final so are hoping to avenge that this weekend.
"It's great to be back in the final again. There's a good atmosphere in the build-up. We are concentrating hard on the process rather than the outcome. We have been focusing on a few things we need to tweak before the game," says Niamh.
"We have had some hard fought battles. In the Leinster Championship, Laois and Westmeath tested us.
"We were just happy to have come through all the matches. We have learnt a lot.
."The support has grown for us over the last number of seasons. Last year's attendance was the highest at the final for a number of years.
"A lot of Dublin supporters came out to get behind us, and we hope they'll do so again."
