There are seven changes in personnel to the Dublin minor football team for this afternoon's All-Ireland MFC quarter-final against Mayo in Glennon Bros Pearse Park, Longford (3.0).
Dublin’s two central defenders Ben Millist and Senan Forker suffered injury against Kildare in the Leinster MFC final, which the Lilywhites won after extra-time (2-21 to 1-19), and have not made a return to full fitness in time. Forker had also operated as a midfielder at times during Dublin’s Leinster campaign.
Oran Farrell, Eoin Gannon, Dara Purcell, Harry Colclough, Colm Walsh, Dara Fagan and Robbie Bolger have been handed starting roles.
The MFC encounter is followed by the All-Ireland U20FC semi-final between Dublin and Galway (5.0).
