Dublin camogie's Aoibhe Dillon is hoping the good times keep rolling this weekend for Gaelic games in the capital.

Dublin face Kerry in the All-Ireland Premier Junior final in Croke Park on Sunday (12.0) seven days after the senior footballers captured the Sam Maguire for the fourth year in-a-row.

The following weekend Dublin's ladies senior footballers face Cork in their All-Ireland decider.

“We got a big following last year, so hopefully it will be bigger again," says Aoibhe.

“I think it’s going to be a terrific match. And we are all really excited to be going to Croke Park. And to play there in an All-Ireland final is special.

“When a team does well, you always get a positive feedback. The hockey was fantastic during the summer. They earned so much attention for their wonderful performances.

“They got a lot of coverage in the media, and rightly so. It was great for women’s sport. And look at last year and the record attendance at the All-Ireland Ladies Football final.

“The Dublin ladies team are doing so well. And when you have success, the public get interested. And it’s the same in camogie.”

Also on Sunday’s Croke Park All-Ireland final bill are the Intermediate final between Cork and Down (2.0) and the senior final involving Cork versus Kilkenny (4.15).
