Seán Brennan is selected in goal with Jake Malone coming in at midfield while up front Donal Burke and Mark Schutte have been named to start.
The Dubs suffered defeat to Kilkenny in Nowlan Park in their opening league tie while the O'Moore County men lost to Wexford.
