FODH support for Elite Performance Hurling Camps

The Friends of Dublin Hurling provided a financial contribution towards the running of recent Coaching Academy Elite Performance Hurling Camps organised by the Dublin County Board.

“Friends of Dublin Hurling are delighted to support the Elite Coaching Programme organised by Dublin County Board under the direction of Hurling Development Officer, Colm Burtchaell,” said FODH’s Tom O’Donnell.

“Many of the coaches involved, current Dublin under-21 and senior hurlers, were themselves participants in these camps only a few years ago.

“It is pleasing to see them now pass on the lessons of their experience to young aspiring hurlers of the future, a future that looks very bright indeed,“ says Tom.
