Dublin duo Cian O’Sullivan and Paul Flynn have had to shelf their International Rules plans owing to injury.
Irish manager Paul Earley had hoped to include the Dubs in his plans for the Test in Perth but both have had to opt out.
Versatile Kilmacud Crokes footballer O’Sullivan, who trained with the squad a few weeks ago, has undergone surgery to fix a hip problem, while Flynn is currently planning for the Dublin IFC final against Castleknock but has been hampered by injury in recent club games.
Meanwhile, former St Sylvester's senior football manager, Gabriel Bannigan, is to take over as Kilmacud Crokes senior boss in succession to Conor Deegan who has stepped down.
