Dubs confident that Cian O’Sullivan will recover in time

Dublin manager Jim Gavin is confident that Cian O'Sullivan will recover from injury in time to face Kerry in the All-Ireland SFC final on Sunday week.

The versatile Kilmacud Crokes clubman had to be removed from the pitch in the concluding moments of last Saturday's semi-final replay victory over Mayo.

"He's been working hard with the medical team, and we had a session (on Tuesday night) and he was there on his feet - he was in good spirits and he's progressing well, and the boys are very confident."
