Dublin senior hurling champions Cuala are hoping they can get back to a Leinster Club SHC final soon - but first they must overcome Carlow champions St Mullin's on Sunday week in Netwatch Cullen Park.
The Dalkey men easily jumped the hurdle presented by Laois champions, Borris-Kilcotton, in Parnell Park last Sunday to make it to a provincial last-four.
Last year Mattie Kenny's made reached the Leinster decider but were beaten by experienced Wexford champions Oulart-The Balagh.
"There would be a certain degree in the back of your mind that there is a bit of unfinished business," says Cuala midfielder Darragh O'Connell as he reflected on last year's campaign.
"Last year we were very disappointed leaving Dr Cullen Park, so that's certainly in the back of your mind as you're looking forward.
"But you have to put that to the side too and just focus on what's coming next," he says
While last weekend's game was a facile victory for Darragh and his team-mates, with Con O'Callaghan top-scoring with 4-3 from play, he maintains that a tough Dublin campaign will stand to them.
"We've had unbelievably tough battles in Dublin through the championship, going all the way back to Vincent's in our last group game where we had to win to get through.
"We've been put to the pin of our collar and again against Kilmacud. So, look those games are certainly going to improve you."
