Four Dublin footballers have made the RTE All Star Team of the Sunday Game era, as selected by public poll.
Stephen Cluxton, Jack McCaffrey, Brian Fenton and Diarmuid Connolly are the Dubs who have made the final cut from an era dating back to the summer of 1979.
The first edition of the Sunday Game was screened on RTE2 on Sunday, July 8, 1979 and was hosted by Jim Carney - it was the Munster SHC final between Cork and LImerick.
