Dublin GAA Juvenile update Tuesday November 18th

Tue, 18th November 2014

A Rúnaí, a chara,

I attach fixtures for this coming weekend and many thanks to the efforts made by all last weekend to maximise the number of games played.

https://dublingaa.ie/juvenile/weekly-fixtures

The below sent to all Juvenile Secretaries:

I attach the 2015FootballEntryForm which should be returned to secretarybng.dublin@gaa.ie by Friday 12th December ( I will only accept entries from a Juvenile Secretary and your entry should cover the full football age group range of U/8 to U/16).

A reminder once again, can clubs only enter teams which can complete the full programme of fixtures. This is particularly important for all U/13 to U/16 team entries.

At the start of 2015 we will issue a document to capture individual mentor contact details by team which will be used for the Result Texting system and this information will also be uploaded to www.dublingaa.ie as a reference for clubs to contact opposition mentors..

The 2015 Hurling EntryForm will be issued prior to Christmas with a return date mid Jan'14.

**Note Re:Go Games multiple team entries for the Under 8 to Under 11 age groups.

If a Club has 3 teams they will be placed in a 3 team grouping. If a club has 4 teams they will have two entries in the 2 team grouping ( clubs will not be allowed to enter a 3 team grouping & a 1 team group ).

Following the grading meeting in early January, Clubs at U/8, U/9, U/10 & U/11 will be committed to the groupings they are placed in until June 2015. CCC1 will then allow clubs to move groupings to facilitate increased / decreased numbers for the remainder of the season.

****U/12 : on receipt of entries , CCC1 will be in further communication regarding the grading of your teams. Similar to this year clubs will be asked to self-grading their U/12 teams for the initial five U/12 Football Blitz games.

Yours in Sport,
Damian
