BALLYBODEN ST ENDA’S 0-14 LUCAN SARSFIELDS 0-9
Ballyboden St Enda’s will face reigning champions, St Vincent’s, in the last-four after this battling victory over Lucan Sarsfields in Sunday’s Dublin SFC quarter-final at O’Toole Park.
Declan O’Mahony hit two early points to get Boden up and motoring, with further scores from Ryan Basquel and Andrew Kerin, and with Kerin in form from placed balls they led by six points, 0-10 to 0-4, at the break with Sam Malony also impressing.
Lucan rallied midway through the second half with points from Emmet O Conghaile and a brace of Brendan Gallagher frees but they had left themselves with too much to do to reel in their Firhouse Road opponents.
